![]() So yeah, all that and considering that OLED TVs are, by their nature, susceptible to burn in, I'm not sure if I would buy OLED again. Compared to Samsung, brightness was much lower, screen reflections were pretty bad (specially in a bright living room), the colors were muted (Samsung prefers to oversaturate stuff which means that colors are inaccurate per se, but it makes games look very pretty, which IMO is more important than colors being super accurate) and sound was much worse (Samsung had impressive speakers on Q80T). ![]() Brought the TV home, hooked it up and.meh. I asked store for C1 as a replacement, they agreed. After that I decided I was done with Samsung TVs. Then I got Samsung QN90A which was defective out of the box. I had Samsung Q80T which I returned under warranty due to weird scanlines artifacts that appeared when I used game mode. My reaction to LG C1 purchase was the same as yours.
